APK Warmup

Workout- Tabata intervals: Perform each exercise for :20 seconds followed by :10 seconds rest. Repeat x 8 for each exercise for a total of 4:00 each. Move directly to the next exercise with minimal rest. 

Squats

Push-Ups

Situps

Pull-Ups  

Keep track of total reps for each :20 second interval. Add together the lowest sets for each exercise for your total score. Post score to comments.  Compare to 1-15-09. Check out this amazing tabata-push-up performance by Greg Amundson, awesome stuff!

Wow... that was one of the more painfull things ive done... I gotta say i was really thinking i was gonna kill those squats but turns out they killed my legs... IM IN SO MUCH PAIN! thats a good thing im sure lol. Anyway i couldnt due the pull-ups due to the fact that my bar is outside and its raining so the other three i did 
 
Squats - 24 
Push-ups - 14 
Sit-ups (OUCH) - 19 
 
Im happy even though the numbers arnt huge cause im finaly getting back into a good routine. :)

Still working on some format changes...don't worry, it's only going to be but so different, hoping to have some relatively frequent videos of people doing the workouts, some template changes, etc. Unfortunately I got stuck moving out of my old apartment until 4am for 3 nights straight this weekend, so it didn't quite get done ;)

nice #'s acid burn here are mine... 
squats = 28 
push-ups = 24 
sit-ups = 25 :grin :grin :grin 
did not get to do any pull-ups there was nothing to do them on... i just got outta wrestling season :( so I'm in pretty good shape :zzz
