Skills training.

After the APK Warmup:

 20 minutes of Handstand training.

Mix the various presses, lowerings and static holds for a minimum total of 5:00 inverted.

I'll do this one in the afternoon after my Stat class. And since I didn't get around to Cindy yesterday, I'll do that late tonight!

I nearly passed out when i was inverted for that long. But it went well, I couldnt do more that 5:00 at a time (i was against a wall) but i moved my hands farther apart for the first 5 mins, closer for the second, normal distance for the 3rd, and bent elbows for some of the 4th.  
 
i cant even carry my books anymore.

I couldn't do a single handstand press! I dunno when I lost it :upset . Maybe cause I'm a little sore of yesterday, I'll try again tomorrow.

3x8 squats @ 225 
3x8 deadlift @ 195

Cool, this is practically the workout I do every night anyways because I really want to get better handstands. I have seen a lot of improvement, although I still cant hold it forever like some people, and I dont think I can muscle up from a squat. I did all the techniques mentioned and some HSPUs.

Did about 45 mins around my hood, all sorts of stuff. Then sushi, no inversions for me :)
