 APK Warm-Up

10:00 of tuck-jumps to silent landing , working 3-5 reps per set with enough rest between sets to recover and allow for perfect technique.

4 rounds, 1:00 rest between rounds

15 x 2 DB Overhead Squats , heaviest weight possible with perfect technique

1:00 front plank

1:00 side plank (switch sides each round)
