Big thanks to Derek Stroup for finding this. This is a BBC documentary called "Warlord vs The Outlaws posse - Monkey Warriors," although commonly referred to as "Warriors of the Monkey God." It was referenced in a David Belle interview as inspiration for Parkour, and many people have been trying to find it since. David studied the movement of these monkeys through urban environments.
