well i was too late to post in the last thread, so for today (sunday) I completed the first set, and the second set i did. handstand push ups 21 12 failed 9
and the last set i did. 21 10 failed 8 failed
Didn't have a pull up bar so i swiched off from diamond pushups and wide pushups, and finished all of them. finished in under 20 mins.

Sorry I haven't posted this sooner but i've been slowly getting sicker and sicker and the past few days i haven't even left my couch much less my room to work out, i htink in the next few days i'll be good to start hitting it up agian. Again my apologies for not saying anything sooner, on the positive side I ate real food today instead of just soup and juice.
