WRESTLING IS ALMOST over...one week and ill be doing these religiously, so far i've been saving a lot of them.

Active day Still got myself to do the WOD, did the the front and side planks with one leg lifted, Leg Lifts very controlled. I found the planks also mentally challenging to keep good form, especially the side planks with one leg lifted.

Results: This workout just goes to show how important core strength is. A bit lighter than the other workouts, but those side planks were definately killers.
Substitutions: I was thinking of substitutions for the leg lift so that wouldn't have to go outside, but then I realized how much of a bitch I was being, and did it.

I had gymnastics tonight so i only had energy for 2 circuits. But what I did went well, especially the leg lifts.

Woo woo, done. Those leg lifts are destroyer on me. Is it just me or has the WoD been going over to the next day early?
