APK Warmup

Workout: Cindy's Ugly Cousin "Margaret"- Similar to the Crossfit Benchmark "Cindy" (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats for 20 minutes) this workout will involve as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, with a couple of ugly changes:

5 L- Pullups

10 Divebomber Pushups

15 Jump Squats

Post rounds completed and substitutions required to comments. Compare to 12-18-08

WE had to do divebomber push ups in track. they called them the same thing. THESE SUCK!

We do diverbomber pushups in my kung-fu class, and we call them Chinese pushups. A variation we do, however, is when you get all the way down, to let your hips rest on the ground and push your torso up while looking at the sky, this gives you a good abdominal stretch and also works your triceps and traps, if you hold your shoulders down. Quite a nice workout!

10 sets of each, near the 9th I had to switch to normal pull ups though.
