I've got a foot injury since saturday so I had to sub this workout with bunny QM. I replaced the 400m runs with 1:20 of QM, the 200m jogs with 1:00 walking, and used the same ratio as the sprints for the other couples.

I've only managed to complete one round of the warmup, substituting some of the Superman's, still im freaking proud of myself ... you apk guys are going to kill me ;)

kness are acting up so running didn't seem like such a good Idea today. I swam for 30mins instead, did two minutes L-sit 
held the first position for 45 secs. P.R. for me 50 pull ups, push ups crunches and leg workout.

I just got back into our weekly workouts. did that and came home. I dont have a measured course around my house and i cant get to campus tonight, but i subbed it for a srpint around the block, then jog around the block, etc. (acting as if the block is 400m, and each straightaway is 100m)  
 
its probably a bit shorter, but im still tired as balls.

Feeling VERY tired. 
 
Only completed 2 sets of the warmup. 
 
Then did jumprope as a sub, but came nowhere near what I thought (1 jump per 2 meters).

I've got to finish [and start] a paper right now [10:50pm] for my 10:00am class so I'll see if I can crank it out once I'm done with the paper. Seeing as it's butt cold I'll probably sub the runs with jumproping!

Yeah, I've got a paper too. Did all three rounds of the Warmup, so I guess this just became my rest day. I'll make up the sprint workout Sunday, because it looks really good.

Not able to run today, so I worked a bunch on gymnastics skills, especially handstands.

Well, after my dramatic post in the "WoD Survey" thread, I'm copping out of the workout tonight :p I did the warmup just now after finishing my paper and I'm ass-tired. Will make up the next rest day!

the warm up is 3 rounds . . . I've only been doing one since gear made it a standard warmup - laf.
