APK Warmup

Workout- Parkour Intervals:

Find an environment with varied and random obstacles, optimally between 25 and 50m in length. Perform 10 intervals of 1:00, moving as quickly and powerfully as possible, interdispersed with :30 second rests, for a total of 15:00 

Post results, thoughts and comments. Compare to 1-9-09

Substitutions: Jump Rope or regular running intervals if an appropriate environment isn't available.

aw man.. last time i did this, i sprained my ankle really badly.

Intervals are like sets, so in this WOD it'll be doing 10 1:00 runs.

just jump roped for 15min with 30sec breaks every few min. highest number i got with out stopping the jump rope was 104. strive for at least 50 each time.
