Workout: 10 rounds for time:

10 Push-Ups

20 Jump Rope Double Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump)

20 Lunge-With-Twist (Alternating legs, 10 each side)

Did 10 rounds in 12.30 min. didnt use jump rope just jumped 20 times cause i suck at double unders not to add suck at jump roping in general.

I don't think I even own a jump rope :upset

So I'll just jump 20 times too.
