hahaha, oh man. nothing like a little safety reminder in the spirit of parkour and freerunning. look before you leap.

Wow that was a good video shows people just because they do parkour doesn't make them invincible no matter how good you are. Take precaution just like in elementary school be aware of you surroundings ALWAYS. Cause if you are nature training and running through the woods then BAM! a little twig from a tree branch takes your eye out. Many more scenarios just be aware.
