Pushup Ladders

After the APK warmup :

Perform one pushup , rest :15, perform 2 pushups, rest :15, Perform 3....etc... Once you miss a set (you were shooting for 10 and only got 8) start back at one and repeat the cycle twice more.

Post sets and partial sets completed for each of the three rounds to comments.

First: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12- 13(-5) 
 
2 mins rest 
 
Second: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12(-3)  
 
3 mins rest 
 
Third: 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12(-0)  
 
I used a stopwatch so I'm going to throw in that the elapsed time was 16:34 
 
This is MUCH better to do with a partner, so you have someone to push.

Round 1: 12 completed, 13th set 4 pushups 
Round 2: 10 completed, 11th set 5 pushups 
Round 3: 8 completed, 9th set 6 pushups 
A total of 184 pushups if I calculated correctly. 
 
The world record on consecutive pushups seems to be 10,507 by Minoru Yoshida (JAP) in 1980. Way to go :)

Don't think I'll get the fork to my mouth after that, so truly a dual-purpose weight loss execricse!!

Did some nice training with Disciple and a new guy on campus! Finished up with this workout! That was at around 5:15, I don't remember the sets but I believe : 
 
Total pushups : 243 
Rest time between was 10 seconds cause it was hella cold outside in the shade :p we wanted to keep warm!

dead from wrestling, but i like this workout, ill definatly keep it for later.

i did an upper body workout before i saw this. 
 
12 hspu 
15 pull ups 
25 dips 
15 reverse tricep dips 
 
3 rounds

That was a lot more difficult than I thought it would be. Plus I typically use a wider hand placement than RX'ed.
