APK Warmup

Workout- Two classic bodyweight benchmarks from Crossfit ....

"Cindy"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

:grin Just got my heart pumping...had 6 total sets in 20 min. Excruciating. hard and not too fun...jk always good when it burns! Great workout guys!

I can't do any of these workouts(except todays) because it's fucking snowing outside!! :(

oh man, before i checked the WOD i gave myself a goal to do 30 modified L pullups in as little sets as possible. i did 9, then another set of 9, then as i was taking a minute rest i checked the WOD and figured id give it a try... 
 
I did cindy, I completed 10 sets plus 5 more pullups and 5 pushups. Giving me a total of: 150 squats, 100 pushups (plus 5 others), and 50 pullups (plus 18 modified L's) 
 
Great workout! I look forward to doing more bodyweight workouts. :zzz

I did 8 rounds of Cindy. Need to work on my pull ups. Then jogged 2miles in 21min. Then did 50 sit ups.
