APK Warmup

Workout- Skill Work- The Front Lever

For 20:00, work the Front Lever Progression along with any related skills, namely inverted hangs to slow lowering into the lever or one-legged lever position (from beast skills), and "Ice Cream Makers" where you swing into a lever position pause. Towards the end of the time-period some strategically placed Leg Lifts will help finish off any last semblance of low-ab strength you may have left.

I never realized the usefulness of this exercise till I had to hold myself on a wall and move side to side.  
I'm loving/hating these wod's. :p

Yup me too love/hate relationship with WOD, i have just started to do them. i am up to every other day cause of school. But i want to whip my butt into full gear and do them everyday.
