APK Warmup

Workout:

4 x 400m sprints, each for time, 2:00-3:00 rest between each. Compare to 11-20-08

16:38. 4x400m on a treadmill, 5 min/mile pace alternating with 20 min/mile walk for 3 min rest period. The last 400m got broken up - aimed a little too high with the 5 min/mile pace and had to stop at 150m, reset, and finish at a 5:30 mile pace. I recommend the old fashioned way, barring icey roads. :x throbbing head says good workout.
