Gymnastics focus training

APK Warmup

Workout: Static Holds- maximum-effort hold for time, repeat until required time is reached.

L-sit - 2:00

Frog-stand, Ball/tuck planche, advanced tuck or straddle planche - 1:00

Handstand - 5:00

Me 2, but why has the front lever been taken out? 
I think I'm gonna do the handstand one handed, 1:30 minutes on one hand or something.

sorry i'm arrogant I overestimated myself with the one handed handstands :P. I could just hold them for a few seconds on one hand and balancing is hard even with a wall. 
L-sit 5 or 6 attempts mostly bad form, 
Tuck plance 3 attempts 
Handstand first 5 one handed handstand attempts each hand, then 3 minute normal handstad in 3 attempts :)

Anouncment I just ran my first mile today since my injury without have knee pain. I think I'm recovering, there was slight discomfort after and hour of Jaming on it but they felt good, also, also seriously trained on concrete for the first. and I can still walk so I'm felling pretty damn good right now, debateing iceing them, through in the L sits at the end, 4 atempts at 30secs each

I'll just say it took me a lot of tries. Although I did better than usual on handstands. Tried some one handed, but only stayed up a few seconds.
