APK Warm-Up

Workout: 10 rounds for time:

10 Push-Ups

20 Jump Rope Double Unders (Rope makes two passes for each jump)

10 Sit-Ups

20 Lunge-With-Twist (Alternating legs, 10 each side)

10 Back Extensions

Haven't Done this in awhile so my cardio has been lacking

First time doing this one. Just three rounds with full pushups and situps. Couldn't make all of the double-unders but kept trying. Did the back extensions on a pilates ball. Added 400m on the treadmill at the end.

By the time I got to round 10 I was feelin it good! :)

43:05 to complete circuit. Had to replace the 20 double unders with 200m treadmill run (5:30 pace) because I forgot my jump rope. Anyone else going to post their time?
