The fastest form of quadrupedal movement, the gallop has the same application and benefits of basic quadrupedal movement. In addition, it develops quicker reactions and a higher level of coordination than found in most other types of quadrupedal movement.

haha only problem for me is that my legs are huge! totally disproportional to my body, becuase i dont work on my arms any

hehe... For me it's the other way around... My legs fail but my upper body just keeps on going :-)

This helps alot. Here in Texas we call this a "Bear Crawl".

I'm wondering if there is any proper form that should be discussed. Like which arm and leg should be moving forward first.

well, i dont think this is the fastest... i think the gorilla gait is faster. but just my opinion

there really is no proper form to this excercise. 
 
I use this excercise on the right side of my body because i like to use my right hand on most tricks/excercises.
