Squat hops down stairs is a great exercise to build stronger legs for parkour. This exercise consists of dropping to a stair into a full squat position, squatting back up to stand, and then repeating the exercise to the next stair down. By training these small drops in a controlled manner with full range of motion, you will develop strength and flexibility to better handle drop landings.

seems to me that hes squatting awfully far awfully fast.
