The squat is the fundamental exercise in developing leg strength. When done properly, squats build leg strength and flexibility that will aid in all kinds of jumps and landings. Leg strength is paramount in parkour for longevity and performance.

sweet i didnt know if u were supposed to lift up ur heels coz i was trying to keep my back straight and it wasn't working with my feet flat on the ground :grin

When you get good at these, here's a variation to make it tougher: Hold your hands together on your lower back. ;)

Levi, your feet are too close together, shoulder width man. and you are barely hitting parallel, you need to go deeper, and don't forget to angle your feet outwards a little. You are keeping them too straight. Most of all GO DEEPER.

i owuld be good to o everything exept some but i just dont have the guts to do it...
