Support Shimmy Print E-mail
Monday, 19 January 2009

Even though the support shimmy is rarely needed to get somewhere, it is still a beneficial exercise. The support shimmy uses the same upper body muscle groups as most vaults and can help improve the last half of a climb up. In addition to developing strength and endurance in these muscles, the support shimmy also improves lateral movement coordination and weight transferring skills.
