The muscle up is the fundamental skill that enables you to get on top of anything you can grab and hang from. Whether you are climbing up a wall from a hang, pulling up to a support position on top of a scaffolding bar, or performing a basic pop vault over a tall wall, the ability to do a muscle up will greatly improve the speed and fluidity of which you overcome the obstacle.

like just work at them? 
or do more pull-ups first?

well, I've been funing on my own for a while, but i've never yet figured out how to get up a wall... I'm just not strong enough. I hope this will help me!! :)

I just started too but these dont seem too hard maybe :x i just need to find a good rail like that

You can just use a pull up bar at a park or something (although I don't think they're called pull up bars if they're at a park. I think they're called monkey bars? Maybe?). 
 
I haven't tried this yet with a kip, but it's going to obviously be easier than doing a muscle up from a dead still.

Dips and pull ups/kipping pulls ups.
