One of the most fundamental movements of parkour and freerunning, the broad jump is applied during gap jumps, precision jumps, arm jumps, and more. In addition, the broad jump is a great plyometric exercise for developing power, strength, and overall body coordination.

how many of them i have to do per day?all exercises showed here i have to do in one day?

i take about 4-5 different exercises that focus on various parts of the body and one or two that work out pretty much everything and then do em till i can't do em anymore and i just change up what ones i do every day so i don't overwork any muscles and stuff.

aint this a precision jump  
and I think u gotta practice those everyday their one of the most important moves in parkour

Work your way to being able to do this with regular, WalMart brand sneakers, then practice with the Ariakes so you're not overstepping. I'm using a pair of Five Fingers and Asics, but I'm still having trouble with the WoD.
