The broad jump burpee combines a broad jump, squat, and push up into one incredibly taxing exercise. When done consecutively, broad jump burpees work the entire body and act as a great conditioning exercise as well. In addition, the broad jump burpee utilizes important skills such as weight transfer and combining movements smoothly and efficiently.

argh one thing i hate about living in a condo is that when you do an excercise like this you literally shake the whole condo xD

I think my club will hate me, but im going to have them do these as a warm-up everyday. lol :grin
