30 minutes 15 seconds of training: Priceless

i cant do the runnin its like -10 outside and school is a no go so ill run in plase for 20+ minutes that should do it.

What can I do in place of pull-ups? I don't have a pull-up bar yet.

handstand pushups against a wall work. they're harder (in my opinion), but they get the job done.
