There is no way I would be able to do one of these...I have no cardiovascular endurance whatsoever. I need to work on that, but it's winter and there is nowhere I can workout...not even in my house :(

It's cold where I'm at too. Just wear some underarmor and layers. Before you know it you'll be hot and sheding layers, also wear a cap to save body heat. You can also simplify the workout untill you can actually do the full one. Just dont give up and endurace will be up before you know it.

yea its like 16 degrees out here for some reason in jersey im not goin out but i found doing these workouts on an erg (indoor rower) is an alsome workout

No indoor place or equipment for me :x .. so it looks like im just gonna have to kill my lungs with the frost ... GREAT!! Pain is pleasure

I live in a crap hole village. What else could I do.(I'm a first timer)
