Grant(LOTRFreak) from Minnesota is making a winter training series called Facing the Ice for this winter. He is cover many things that he and others who face cold icey winter conditions must go through to train. His first video covers precision training. In the video Grant gives some tips from his personal experience and shows how he trains.

Ive been trying to train in my yard but lately its getting anoying with all the ice and snow. Massachusetts isnt the best place to practice right now.
