I hate burpees...that's why i need to do more of them! Finished the WOD in 16:52.

parkourrules, 800m is equal to 2 laps on a track, or 1/2 a mile. I've gotta do this one tonight, hopefully before the wife starts baking cookies, then I'm assed out.
