14:15.1, I came in hoping to finish sub 10 minutes, HA! This is a great workout to show you just how out of shape you actually are.

13:47, I can't do regular handstand push ups so I did them at a heavy angle instead, but yeah. GOOD WORKOUT.

Matt --> Here's a couple of ways to do it. The left side (beginner):

Place your feet on a park bench, rail, ect. and and then bend so your hand hit the ground. Place all your weight on your hands and lower yourself so the top of your head goes right between your hands. You should be perpendicular to the ground.

Once you have that mastered then you can move on to the next variation. For the picture on the right, you simply place you hand 1-2 feet from a wall and kick your feet up until you are almost parraell! Good luck!

Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong but a heavy angle push-up is when you place your feet so they are above your head in push-up position. For example placing your feet on a chair or table and doing push-ups.
