This new 3Run video is a pretty cool departure on the standard parkour video - the background to this one is a poem. Pretty cool artistic piece, and this 3Run video is 100% parkour - no flips or tricks.

"pretty cool video"... i'd say this is a pretty inspirational video. parkour at it's finest in a cohesive, connected, driven presentation. there was no fear, no pause for doubt, just doing it and doing it as quickly and efficiently as possible. amazing.

Too true! I just kept thinking as I watched, "Man, if you were chasing him, how could you ever keep up?!" So fluid, no hesitation. Truly the art of movement. Absolutely inspiring.

Very god job. The movement was simply amazing, the poem was inspiring, the spots were sweet, and your flow all combined into one made for an amazing vid...keep up the good work

ya ya everything was awesome and all.. The poem was Sick... But the parkour... 
 
Simply Amazing... The distance he was jumping and the fact that his Flow Never lacked perfection. I didn't see a single stutter step all vid.
