My favorite was when he did a kong vault :eek then he did a handstand right on the edge of the wall so it looked like he wouldn't fall off.

I don't know all my terms yet :p

sorry true parkour doesn't contain flips off of walls. Its flashy sure, but doesn't help with getting over obstacles.

Parkour and Freerunning. For sake of our keyboards, most people just say "Parkour." Don't worry about it.

Just saying that was a lot of tricking barely even free running cause it was majorly stationary, but it was still nice in the end but there was no real parkour..

Parkour typically does not contain flips, but think about it parkour is really just whats most efficient for your body, and in some cases a frontflip over an obstacle to a roll might be just as efficient as a some vaults.

Most vids on youtube and such don't really feature "Parkour" in the sense that there is no flow, continuous movement, or efficient moves in which case most of this does fall under tricking and freerunning.

Even still I think it's always nice to have a look at and enjoy new movements and other arts.

Ughhh. You can always tell who the newer people are because they still argue about definitions...
The reason the video is the way it is, is because the format of the jam had everyone training and drilling (not behind a camera), then having some fun and tricking and messing around at each spot.
Once you've been training long enough, you'll begin to stop stressing definitions and start enjoying movement.

i really liked the back flips in the begining, i dont think id ever seen them done liek that before! 8) nice video!

yeah, i agree with travis. it's not the definitions that are important but the understanding of their idea and your ability apply those ideas to the situation you're in...i.e. this jam.

looked like an awesome time! loved levi's dive kong to handstand. wish i lived closer so i could have joined!
