Performance Menu CoverThe Performance Menu is published by NorCal Strength and conditioning, which I believe is synonymous with Crossfit Norcal. Both are headed up by Robb Wolf, who is easily considered one of the premier sports nutritionists in the world. Gregg Everett and Nicki Violetti are co-owners of Crossfit Norcal with Robb. Robb's bio doesn't stop there, he's also a certified CrossFit Coach, the highest level of Crossfit certification. He's also a hell of a guy who does a lot to help people. Check out the Crossfit Live archive of a radio show featuring Robb. The Performance Menu delivers explanations of the most advanced training and nutrition information available. It is an absolute bargain at $25 a year. You can download a free copy here. Now, why all the hoopla about The Performance Menu? Because this month's issue features Parkour, through a great interview with APK's Gearsighted - That's Jesse Woody for anyone who doesn't know ;)  Jesse is a very active Crossfit member, but more on that in the next few months ...

For now, check out this great article. Big thanks to Greg Everett from Crossfit Norcal for permission to reprint an excerpt on APK.

Big thanks to Greg Everett and the rest of the Crossfit Norcal crew!

I hadn't gotten ahold of Greg for full permissions, so I pared the article down to the intro page, as I only had permission for that in the first place...

Oh ya, I read it when it was up and forgot to comment. I thought it was a great article, with a lot of good information given. Good job on representing parkour so well!
