Workout- "Bubblemaker's Revenge" 4 round for time:

7 Muscle Ups (preferably performed on a straight bar, though they can be performed on rings if you don't have a free-standing pullup bar available. Sub 4 pullups and dips for each muscle up if you are unable to do them)

Run 200m

14 Pistols , alternating legs (so 7 each leg)

that's an awesome workout i just got done with the first part(the 4 pull ups, 4 dips for each muscle up), so now i'm getting some water and going out to do the 14 pistols. thanks.

Muscle ups aren't that hard. good workout, but what I did was double of what you have. I positioned a pullup bar up high then did a wall hop to reach it, then turned that into a muscle up 14 times. Pistols are a little hard though.
