srry that post was caused by a slight lack of motivation. The workout is not that difficult. I'm unable to do 30 consecutive double unders, so I did 40 skips with 1:2 double unders (20 normal, 20 double unders).
Anyway, 19 minutes.
Jump rope exercises are fun can we have more of those? ^^

i tweaked my knee a little bit today doin a big kong to same level precision. its not too bad but i am going to be safe and give my legs some rest.
upper body workout for me tonight.

Levi and i had a nice long jam with Ando and Cloud and Homy today, we followed up later with a couple miles. We're both good and tuckered out now.

Still no rope *coughGEARGIMMEYOURScough* but i did goto the gym that day. Its sunday now and im sore as hell and waiting for the sunday WoD!
