A longer-distance run.

Warmup:

5:00 light jogging and stretching

Workout:

Run 5k for time, the more hills the better.

I do this twice or thrice a week anyway. My time is usually around 19 minutes.

19:00 minutes is pretty good! I think my best time is around 21:00, though I run up some hellacious hills here in Virginia ;)

man im not at school so i cant go to campus and use the track :sigh  
 
O wait, stress fractured heel. i guess ill try and stay on my very very tip toes... any contact with the ground will irritate it :upset

I think I may be getting sick. Everyone around me has been :upset  
I'm going to see if I feel better by the time I finish work today. Hopefully I will and be able to do some stuff but take it light and not cause me to get sick.

No walking this time :grin I had to stop right before the 1 mile mark to tie my shoe and then I spotted my Anthropology teacher at the gas station and had a :45 conversation with her. This brought me back to the house right at 30:00, taking 2:07 off my last 5k time te he :grin Have a good weekend everyone!

Havent worked myself up to runing yet, I'm taken my time with that, probably to much. I'm going to do a squat, pistol, pull up routine instead.

Sorry Levi(SkyNative) and i just got to chicago we had a long drive down from TC, but we managed to hit some pk spots on the tour i gave him. We'll make up for it tomorrow. ;)
