Workout:

Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes: 

10 Pull-Ups

15 Dips

20 Sit-Ups

I like this one. Although, I don't expect to get all that many rounds in. I'm a bit sore today.

8 rounds plus 10 pull ups in 20 min. I had to sub the dips for kneed push ups, I was getting a nasty pain in my right arm, just below my elbow, ever time I dipped down. I also used the "green" bands ( more weight off) for my pull ups.

Exactly 6 rounds, i'm dissapointed. I was already worn out from swimming though. 
The pullups were the troublemakers. I should work on my power and my kipping technique.

All dips on rings which made that the sticking point. Quickly reduced me first to sets of 5..then 3...then singles and doubles.  
 
3 sit-ups short of 9 rounds.  
 
...off to stretch!

I don't know why but pull ups seem to be a strength for me. Dips are my downfall though. I still managed to finished 8 rounds on time, didnt even start 9 cause i was too weak =P

8 round + 3 pull-ups, just for fun...(reverse pull-ups for me)

All dips on rings, after 3 sets all sets "assisted" last two sets were more "negative" than assisted. 
 
4 situps short of 6 rounds.

16 rounds ha I'm an animal, but I also skiped yesturdays workout so i wasn't sore.... but now I am.

i did the workout but subbed 15 dips for 10 HSPU

OMG? 10 consecutive HSPU's head to the floor?? They are loads more difficult than dips :eek (for me at least)

The crossfit workout I did wednesday made my back increadibly sore . . . upper, lower, and traps - no pull-ups for me :( so I skipped today's WOD and ran/jogged 5 miles instead.
