Keep up the handstand/gymnastic skills practice. If you need any more motivation there, check out the Stanford Men's Gymnsatics team videos...some awesome skills for sure!

Ill hold the, tuck planche 1min top of a L pull up 1min and 4 HSPU's against wall 4 times
