Rochester Parkour

Zachary Cohn and Charles Moreland recently launched a new website, Rochester Parkour , to help build the community in Rochester, New York. The primary goal of the website is to increase awareness of Parkour in Rochester and the surrounding areas and facilitate new traceurs finding and training with more experienced ones.

The website contains basic information about Parkour to educate those who don't know what it is, a list of Classes, a weekly training schedule that is updated every Wednesday, as well as a link to the APK forums. It will eventually have a Flickr gallery to help organize and display photographs.

and so the legendary saga begins... soon Rochester parkour will overflow with a legion of loyal traceurs, a myriad of dedicated retinue that will serve as the archetype for fitness and creative innovation and adaptation of the human form and function. We shall rise up, the paragon of parkour, and swell our ranks as the first step towards global domination!

I mean, global parkour domination... yes that's it, parkour. what are you looking at?, I meant parkour, really. ...
