I'm not sure if I counted the lateral bounds correct, I counted jumping with the left leg and with the right leg as one rep, so I jumped 50 times per round.

the doctor told me i have an unusually prominent right heel with a possible stress fracture, and a small stray bone in my left hand that is inflamed and easily irritated. 
 
i will be on sterroids for the next few weeks.... bring it on gear.

Damn, this was one of my favorites, I was pretty much able to do everyting unassisted :grin I did the dive bombers on my knees, and my box jumps are only 9-12 inches high, but woo wooo my time was 8:43, thats right baby, 8:43.

Great job gals! I'm home late from picking up students at the airport, so I'm out of this one for the day. Did do the Crossfit WOD, setting a PR for consecutive muscle-ups of 5. WOOT! Total score: 405 :D

Went out solo training today for a couple hours just to go over some stuff and never ended up getting around to the workout, my bad guys.
