Outside Magazine Online filmed a video about the basic techniques of Parkour with Ryan Ford and Sat Santokh. They go over precisions, rolls, and the speed vault. This is a great opportunity to reach more outdoor enthusiasts and safely teach them some of the basics.

Does anyone else think the phrase "Think Cirque du Soleil meets running from the cops." is the most horrendous phrase you've ever seen to describe parkour? M2- was this guy even listening to you? :? :cry

I agree, scopes... but I do like the quote they used from Ryan, "You don't stop playing because you get old. You get old because you stop playing." EPIC!!! :P
