Well last night i was going to do the WOD at my grandparents house, but after the drive my grandma wanted to feed me right away so i ate and then spent the rest of the night(until six in the morning to be exact) getting rid of whatever it was in my stomach and i'll jsut say it was not pleasant, so that was my workout yesterday i'll do this one when i get home and away from whatever monstrosity i left in the bathroom.

My bro and I just finished it. couldnt run 400m and did 3 rounds. the leg lifts were kinda tough. took us around 20 mins. The b0x0rs were r0x0red.

Not sure what my time was! I had to cut the 400m runs down to 200m as I was on a time crunch for going out to dinner 5 rounds and Ima huffin!

did the work out a few hours ago with ando and got around 20 mins with 3 full rounds. yea the leg lifts were harder then i thought.

I id the warm-up and it is a workout for me!! Hopefully in 3 weeks or so I'll be breezing through the warm-up.
I am working on full extension in my pullups.
Also moved some furniture and pulled something in my back. Oh joy

once again i subbed the 400m runs for 150 m QM. i didnt feel like going outside to run in the 30 degrees with 50 mph wind...

I ended up doing this one yesterday. I did knee lifts instead of leg lifts and it still took me 25 min. just to get through 4 rounds/sets. I didn't have enough left in the tank for a 5th round/set.
Hell, the warmup still gets me a bit winded - laf.
