Warm-Up x 3: Run 400m or Row 500m easy, 3 Samson Stretch, Joint rotations: Shoulders, Elbows, Torso, Hips, Knees

Workout: For time:

100 Squats

75 Push-Ups

50 Pull-Ups

Could someone please tell me what joint rotations are?

Like... for a shoulder rotation, you want to slowly rotate your arm (keep it straight) in as big a circle as you can and stretch it. You've probably seen Rocky or somebody do it.

Im not proud to say this but it took me 10:55 to do this. I really need more practice with pullups. :sigh

Went back and did it again in 9:19 today. Still not great but it's quite an improvement.
