i didnt find this one that hard... until the last part. i also did a couple substitutions: rather than handstand push ups, i put my feet on a stool ~3ft high and did chinese push ups also substituted jump squats with DB thrusters and added 5

Im just starting out and getting in shape and this one was hard... ive never tried handstand pushups before and the description doesnt lie... killer. also, unfortunately, i dont have anything to do pullups with so i had to scratch them... dangit the rest however i could do (with the modification of 1:00 each on the planks) but now i feel good
