Workout- "Bubblemaker's Revenge" 4 round for time:

7 Muscle Ups (preferably performed on a straight bar, though they can be performed on rings if you don't have a free-standing pullup bar available. Sub 4 pullups and dips for each muscle up if you are unable to do them)

Run 200m

14 Pistols , alternating legs (so 7 each leg)

i dont have a pull up bar or anything to do dips on :(. does anyone know a good alternative?

i use a tree thats a really good alternative.

Had to move to assisted muscle ups. Does anybody have a good idea on how to improve your muscle up capability? :(

practice is always a great way to improve as always. 
for the alternative for the bar: a playground is always a great place for training
