ill be doing this one when i get home. seems fairly easy but i doubt ill be able to do more than two rounds... maybe three

Did 3 rounds in 7 mins and I was spent. :grin

holy crap. 3 rounds in 7min?! you must be in much better shape than me. i did 2 in just less than 10.

round-1 with 23lbs DB's 6 pull-ups 
round-2 with 33lbs DB's 5 pull-ups 
round-3 with 23lbs DB's 5 pull-ups 
round-4 with 33lbs DB's 6 pull-ups 
 
total time: about 20min, I didn't really keep track of the time. I was doing well just to finish. I allowed myself a short rest between each set. Obviously I need to work on the pull-ups.

but I HURT, i really enjoyed that one
