Workout:
Cindy's Ugly Cousin "Margaret"- Similar to the Crossfit Benchmark
"Cindy" (5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats for 20 minutes) this workout
will involve as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes, with a couple of
ugly changes:
Completed 3 rounds withouts pull-ups and 4 rounds with pull-ups. Did regular pull-ups not L-sit. Was interrupted in middle of the workout (had to feed my 1yr old son). So workout wasn't completed within 20min.
