Just started so I don't have 7/23/08 to compare. Time was 18:15. Terrain was 2/3 flat, 1/3 big uphill.

Only ran 2 miles; had to stop and stretch after half-way. My pace was approx. 8min/mile. I also added 2 100m sprints at the end to try to get my legs loosened up. I live in houston; very hot, very humid, no topography. Trying to get back in shape.
