Gonna do it right away. I'm not sure if I can do the burpees with my fracture in my left forefoot though. Maybe I can use one leg to jump

Couldn't do 15 consecutive pullups in the circuits, did 9 on average. I did the burpees with about 75% on one leg and 25% on the other leg cause of the stress fracture in my left foot.

I couldn't make it to the pullup bar and i wanted to spend some time iwth fam so i had my dad help me out with some of the pt stuff he does. Rocked a killer ab workout, lots of holds and twisting situps, Russians i think they're called something liek that. Man i watched Tom Yum Goong, Tony Jaa's new movie, and it's amazing, everybody should check it out, it has its slow parts but oh man...outstanding.

Started off the day with max-effort back squats 555333...can't find my sheet, but didn't go particularly heavy in hopes of preserving form.
Drove for 5 hours to visit family, and got to paste together the workout in my mom's basement. Fun times! :D

Ate so much today. I am feeling fat, and happy. :] Dunno my time, wasn't counting, just took it relatively nicely paced, not hurrying!

Boy am I outa shape ... i could only do 5 pullups, 10 burpees, and 10 situps per thing and it took me 19 minutes. i went for a run afterwords though, so i feel a little better, lol

Went to the park and did a bunch of pull-ups and dips. After a while, I started to play a bit on the bars and ripped a dime size chunck of skin from my hand.
