Done. Fun times. Those hollow-rocks to hold x 5 always kill me in a good way.

Nice holiday work out. Leg lifts were completed bent kneed, lovn' the lunge with a twist, hollow rocks, well still working on them, for the pistols I used the bands (most effectively) to help me lower slowly with control. Te he, Happy Holidays everyone

cool workout I couldn't do full ROM Leg-Lifts, I kept them straight and got about half way. The Hollow Rocks were really challenging and the last 3 circuits I couldn't keep my lower back to the ground. I can almost do the pistols, just needed a little support of a doorpost.

I done did it. My butt's still bruised from snowboarding those hollow rocks hurt. Happy holidays.

I decided to go to the park today and see what I could do. I tried to jog and couldn't...my ankle still pains me. But instead I found a spot to practice one-legged precisions and played on the pull-up and dip bars.

Those leg lifts combined with the hollow rocks really did a number on my abs. Merry Christmas everyone!
