Free running ... and what happened when an Olympic champion tried it

This short article is an Olympic athlete's take on his first time freerunning. He admires his freerunner teacher as being athletic and graceful at the same time, really in tune with his body. He describes freerunning as being a gap between formal sports and more liberal arts. Very different perspective than others... I like it :)
